It is Wednesday again! I’m on the deadline this time. I just came back from working at Arbys, it’s my third week there I think. I like it so far, the people are nice and my position is easy, make sandwiches all day. I found out I am returning to All Saints for a victory lap this semester. I think I’m only going to do one semester to up my marks. We’ll see what happens from there.
Anyway, the photo. My little brother Jack goes horse back riding every Tuesday at Windreach farms (hence the name) . It’s a place for special needs, where they can learn to work with animals, help with their balance and coordination. I tagged along to explore the barn and fields full of horses.
I got this one shot of the horse outside grazing, I like how warm his coat is, but I wanted to warm up the logs as well. Unfortunately it was next to impossible without making the horse look like it was on fire. I tried every combination of exposures, but nothing worked. So I had to settle for what it is. Still like it though. Better luck next time.

Eeeeh! Trippy. It’s making me dizzy. When I try to focus on the horse my eyes always get pulled toward the fence, and the angle and perspective of the fence… Well, dizziness ensues.
Maybe I just need my morning coffee?
Haha, yeah it does look funny. Sorry Ty, maybe this picture was meant to be posted in the optical illusion book. “Try to focus on the horse without falling over dizzy and puking!” Haha!
What's happened!?
Wow. Beautiful. I ride horses and work at a barn but never have I seen such a fantastic picture of them! The fence looks so 3D like I can actually feel it and the horse looks like a poster or amazing backdrop. ~Dani
